Accessibility Statement

Last updated: Jan 1st, 2026

InDocAccess is committed to improving digital accessibility and ensuring that our website is usable by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We believe accessibility is an ongoing effort and an essential part of providing inclusive digital services.

Our goal is to work towards alignment with generally recognized accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA, Section 508 (United States) requirements, and PDF/UA standards for documents, where applicable. These standards guide our approach to accessibility; however, they are applied on a best-effort basis and may not be fully met across all areas of the website at all times.

At present, the InDocAccess website is partially compliant and is actively working towards improved accessibility. We continuously review and refine website content, structure, and functionality to address accessibility barriers as they are identified.

Accessibility checks are carried out using a combination of basic manual reviews, keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader testing, along with general best practices. Due to variations in assistive technologies, browsers, and user environments, some accessibility issues may still occur.

This Accessibility Statement applies only to the InDocAccess website and does not extend to client documents, third-party content, or files exchanged privately through email or secure file transfer as part of service delivery.

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our website, or if you have suggestions for improvement, we encourage you to contact us. We value feedback and will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues.
