  • Accessibility-related services aligned with:
    • WCAG / WCAG 2.1
    • PDF/UA
    • Section 508 (where applicable)
  • Accessibility consultation and guidance

Services are provided on a best-effort basis, based on the scope agreed with the client.

No Legal or Compliance Guarantee

While we apply industry best practices and accessibility standards, we do not guarantee legal compliance with any law, regulation, or accessibility requirement.

Final responsibility for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Validation
  • Regulatory acceptance

rests solely with the client.

Service Delivery & Communication

  • Documents are exchanged via email or secure FTP/file transfer, as agreed.
  • We do not accept document uploads through the website.
  • Turnaround times may be:
    • Best-effort estimates, or
    • Fixed timelines if explicitly agreed in writing

Delays caused by incomplete inputs, revisions, or client-side issues are not our responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and editable source files
  • Clearly define scope and expectations before work begins
  • Review and test delivered documents using their own tools and workflows
  • Inform us promptly of any issues or revisions

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect source files or post-delivery modifications by the client.

Payments & Commercial Terms

  • Paid services are agreed prior to commencement of work
  • Payment terms are defined per project or engagement
  • Payments are generally post-delivery, unless otherwise agreed
  • No refunds once work has commenced or been delivered, unless explicitly stated in writing

Future payment models, pricing structures, or refund policies may be updated as the business evolves.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Clients retain full ownership of their original documents
  • We do not claim ownership over client content
  • Any tools, processes, or methodologies used remain our intellectual property

Clients may not reuse, resell, or represent our work as proprietary tools or software.

Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and communications as confidential and use them solely for service delivery.

However, clients are advised not to share highly sensitive or confidential information unless a separate written agreement is in place.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
  • We are not responsible for third-party audits, legal actions, or compliance claims
